What is the Pomodoro Timer?
The Pomodoro Technique, created by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s, breaks work into short, timed intervals. The fixed end time makes it easier to start difficult tasks and to protect focus from interruptions.
You can change the focus, short-break and long-break lengths; many people prefer 50/10 for deep work.
