Email clients ignore most modern CSS, so the signature is built the old-fashioned way: an HTML table with inline styles and web-safe fonts. That renders consistently in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and on phones. Links are limited to http(s), tel: and mailto:, and every value is escaped.

Photos and logos are loaded from a public URL rather than attached, which keeps emails small and avoids your logo appearing as an attachment. Keep the image square and around 160 × 160 pixels so it stays sharp on high-resolution screens.
